Orthopedic Massage (half hour)

$60 per 30 minutes

Orthopedic Massage (full)

$95 per 60 minutes

Orthopedic massage is a style of massage therapy focused on treating painful conditions that affect the soft tissues of the body. Because orthopedic massage is designed to treat medical conditions, it requires extensive training. It involves releasing tense muscles, helping to stretch and lengthen tight muscles and tendons, and decompress rigid joints. My goal is to restore full health to the soft tissues of your body, both treating your specific conditions as well as improving your overall well-being.

Transdermal Marma Systemâ„¢

$95 per 60 minutes

This gentle therapy utilizes the intelligence of the marma points (specific vibrational points on the surface of the body which control the flow of prana to different organs and systems). Many people are familiar with acupuncture points from Chinese medicine. The knowledge of these points originally came from the Ayurvedic knowledge of marma points in India, and was brought to China along with Buddhism.

Vaidya Mishra's Transdermal Marma System™ unifies the following five treatment modalities of Ayurveda into a single, fast-acting vibrational protocol.

  1. Twak Sangrahan Vidya – Transdermal Therapy
  2. Marma Vigyan – Marma Therapy
  3. Sugandh Vigyan - Aromatherapy
  4. Sparsh Vigyan - Touch therapy
  5. Mantra Vigyan - Mantra or sound therapy

When the subtlest vibrational energy of an herb is applied on a marma point, the vibration of the herb goes directly through the nadis (vibrational channels or meridians) to the organs or systems connected to that marma point. In this way, very specific treatments can be given without any need to take herbs or supplements orally.

Oriental Bodywork

$60 per 30 minutes

Oriental bodywork aims to restore and balance the flow of energy (Chi) throughout your body. It uses gentle hand and finger pressure along specific points and energy pathways (meridians) on your body to restore your body to full health. There are many forms of Oriental bodywork, but they all share a common foundation in Chinese Medicine. They simply differ in their use of specific techniques to balance your energy.

Thai Massage

$120 per 90 minutes

Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. It's also called Thai Yoga massage, because I use my hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches. My clients say Thai massage is like doing yoga without doing any of the work. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed during the session. A single Thai massage session will help you release stress and relieve pain, and help you function more effectively at work and home.

Polarity Therapy

$95 per 60 minutes

Polarity therapy is a type of bodywork which is focused on the energy fields of the body, rather than the physical body itself. This type of body work is also called energy work, because the practitioner attempts to adjust the skewed energy fields of the body and bring them into balance. During a polarity therapy session, the therapist and client usually work together in a very calm, relaxed environment.
